Terms & Conditions

  1. The Enrollment form must be completed with full payment prior to the commencement of lessons except in the case of those using the payment scheme.( See below), Enrollment and payment is based by term only.
  2. Students will be scheduled in order of enrollment but every effort will be made to suit the students time.
  3. If a student wishes to start lessons during the term the student will only pay for the classes remaining in the term.
  4. Payments must be made once classes are booked whether taken or missed, No refunds will be made once classes commence.
  5. If a student missed three consecutive classes without prior notification to the teacher that students name will be taken off the register and their allocated time may be given to another student.
  6. If a student is unable to make a lesson, as a courtesy please inform the teacher in good time.
  7. If the teacher is unable to make a lesson then the lesson will be made up at a suitable arranged time during the term.
  8. If a student missed a lesson then that lesson will not be made up unless prior arrangement has been made.
  9. Any additional lessons required during the term must be prearranged with the teacher and paid in full prior to the commencement of the lessons.
  10. Payment Scheme: For longer term students who wish to distribute payments over the term they may do so by providing a deposit and post dated cheques made out for the first day of every month.
  11. Discounts: A discount will be given on a 30 minute private classes to two or more students from the one family.

Students must agree with all the above terms and conditions.
